This comprehensive program is designed for dental professionals seeking foundational knowledge and skills in implant dentistry. Through a blend of theoretical learning and hands-on practice, you'll explore the essentials of implantology, including patient assessment, treatment planning, surgical techniques, and post-operative care. Over 2 days of Basic course in Vaughan & 6 Days of live Surgery in India, followed by one day of Post Op discussions in Toronto

Course Objectives

  • Understanding terminology, anatomical considerations, and types of dental implants and instrumentation

  • Perform up to 10 implant placements independently under supervision with pre-op and post-op case discussion. Access to follow-up x-rays and clinical pictures.

  • Identifying cases that are best to start with and the ones that need support- case selection

  • Learning evaluation clinically and radiologically (Reverse planning a case)

  • Understanding the physiology of healing -soft tissue and bone

  • Learning simplified process of extraction as well as implants, treatment phases-surgical and prosthetic, and timelines

  • Learning about possible complications - how to avoid and manage them

  • Learning the digital workflow for implants & the role of the surgical guide and how they help achieve perfection

  • Prosthetic Implant components & how to restore
